Refund Policy
Because our service fee covers preparation work performed once your details are submitted, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
When refunds are available
- The applicant has paid but the service has not yet started.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to us.
When refunds are not available
- The document support package has already been delivered.
- Inaccurate information was submitted by the applicant.
