Refund Policy

Because our service fee covers preparation work performed once your details are submitted, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

When refunds are available

  • The applicant has paid but the service has not yet started.
  • A duplicate payment was made.
  • The service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to us.

When refunds are not available

  • The document support package has already been delivered.
  • Inaccurate information was submitted by the applicant.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team within 14 days of payment with your invoice number and reason.
